Our Brick Masters Team Building challenge is one of our most creative indoor team building activities, designed to get teams thinking differently, working together, and laughing along the way.
Inspired by the hit TV show (with a few Tailored Team Building twists thrown in), this hands-on corporate team building experience is all about imagination, collaboration, and seeing what your team can create under pressure.
What It’s All About
Brick Masters is not just about building something that looks good. It is about how your team works together to bring an idea to life.
Each round introduces a new themed challenge. Some require creativity and design, while others test teamwork, planning, and problem solving. Because of this, every team member has a role to play, whether they are leading the build, coming up with ideas, or keeping the team on track.
At the same time, the pressure adds a fun twist. Timers count down, ideas evolve, and things do not always go to plan. That is where the best moments happen.
How It Works
To kick things off, our hosts set the scene, explain the format, and get everyone ready to build.
From there, teams take on a series of creative building challenges, each with its own theme, objective, and twist. One round might focus on speed and structure, while the next leans into storytelling, design, or problem solving.
As the event progresses, the challenges evolve. New rules are introduced, curveballs are thrown in, and teams must adapt their approach on the fly. This keeps the energy high and ensures no two rounds feel the same.
Between rounds, builds are judged on creativity, teamwork, and how well teams bring their ideas to life. There are always a few standout masterpieces… and a few that don’t quite go to plan.
By the end, points are tallied across all challenges and one team is crowned the Brick Masters champions, along with a few cheeky awards for the most memorable builds.
