Welcome to Survivor Team Building, a high-energy corporate team building activity packed with strategy, competition, teamwork, and plenty of laughs. First, we split your group into colourful tribes and hand out the all-important buffs. Then, it’s game on.

Teams compete in a series of challenges that test different skills. Some require teamwork and coordination. Others call for strategy, communication, problem-solving, or quick thinking. Therefore, everyone gets a chance to play their part.

What It’s All About

The goal sounds simple: outwit, outplay, and outlast the competition.

However, winning Survivor takes more than speed or strength. Teams need to communicate, develop a strategy, and work together throughout the event.

Each challenge brings something different. While some get teams moving, others focus on problem-solving, creativity, communication, or clever tactics. As a result, every tribe needs a good mix of skills to succeed.

Then come the twists.

Strategies change, alliances form, and unexpected surprises keep teams guessing. Just when your tribe thinks it has everything figured out, the game can change again.

That unpredictability keeps the competition alive right through to the final challenge.

How It Works

Our energetic Tailored Team Building hosts kick things off by dividing your group into rival tribes. Once the buffs are on and teams have chosen their tribe names, the competition begins.

From there, tribes rotate through a series of fully hosted challenges. Each one tests something different, so teams need to adapt as they go.

Along the way, tribes collect points and battle for their position on the leaderboard. However, this isn’t a straightforward race to the finish.

Tribe swaps can shake up the teams. Hidden advantages can change the game. Unexpected twists can turn a comfortable lead upside down.

Eventually, everything builds towards the final showdown. Teams face one last challenge before we tally the scores and crown the ultimate Survivor champions.

Best of all, we host the entire experience from start to finish. You simply bring the team – we’ll bring the challenges, equipment, energy, and Survivor-style chaos.
