Surviving, Laughing & Filtering River Water in Nagambie

When BHF Technologies came to us looking for a custom team bonding event, they had one clear brief… ditch the ordinary and create something that would challenge their survival skills while giving everyone plenty of reasons to laugh.

Challenge accepted.

Set amongst the stunning surrounds of the private Hide & Seek property in Nagambie, we designed a fully tailored Survivor-style experience packed with strategy, teamwork and just the right amount of healthy competition. With beautiful open spaces, plenty of room to explore and an incredible natural backdrop, it was the perfect location for a day of outdoor team building activities.

A Survivor Event Built Around Their Team

One of the things we love most at Tailored Team Building is creating experiences that are completely unique to each client. Rather than delivering a standard package, BHF Technologies gave us a list of challenges and objectives they wanted to include, and we transformed those ideas into an engaging, high-energy custom team bonding event.

Every activity was designed to encourage communication, problem-solving and collaboration while keeping the atmosphere fun and relaxed.

The Water Filtration Challenge

Without question, the highlight of the day was a challenge created specifically for BHF Technologies.

As specialists in water filtration, it only seemed fitting to put their expertise to the test!

Teams were handed a collection of random materials before being sent to collect murky brown river water. Their mission was simple… build a filtration system capable of producing the clearest water possible.

Some teams produced surprisingly impressive results.

Others… well… let’s just say we probably wouldn’t recommend drinking what came out the other end!

It quickly became one of those unforgettable moments where creativity, engineering and plenty of laughter all came together.

Survival Challenges with a Competitive Twist

Throughout the day, teams tackled a variety of Survivor-inspired activities that kept everyone engaged from start to finish.

• Ring Toss

• Slingshot accuracy challenges

• Hidden Idol Hunts

• Idol Knock competitions

• Strategic team challenges

• Plenty of surprise twists along the way

Every challenge rewarded teamwork just as much as skill, meaning every team had opportunities to climb the leaderboard throughout the day.

Team Building in Nagambie Done Differently

Nagambie provided an incredible backdrop for this event. The peaceful surrounds of Hide & Seek gave everyone the chance to step away from the office, enjoy the outdoors and connect with colleagues in a completely different environment.
