How It Works

To kick things off, your team is split into smaller groups, each representing their own “nation” for the day.

From there, teams rotate through a series of challenges, earning points at each station. At first, it’s all about finding your rhythm. Then, as the competition heats up, teams start to strategise, support each other, and push for the top of the leaderboard.

Each challenge brings something different. Some require teamwork and coordination, others test creativity or problem solving, and a few are just about getting stuck in and having a laugh.

At the end, scores are tallied, medals are awarded, and one team takes home the glory (while another might walk away with the wooden spoon).
