What It’s Like on Event Day
Event day kicks off with a team huddle, a run-through of the plan, and a quick hype-up before the action begins. You’ll help set up, welcome the group, and get everyone ready to dive in.
Once the event is underway, you’re front and centre, explaining challenges, motivating teams, keeping things moving, and making sure everyone’s having a great time. You’ll be encouraging team bonding, solving problems on the fly, answering questions, and bringing the energy from start to finish.
It’s hands-on, high-energy work with plenty of laughs, movement, and “that was actually awesome” moments. If you enjoy being on your feet, working with people, and delivering unforgettable corporate team building events, you’ll finish the day tired… but buzzing.
