Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Tailored Team Building Australia.
We deliver unforgettable team building experiences across the country, crafted with creativity, energy, and professionalism.
As one of Australia’s most trusted team building companies, we offer a huge range of activities designed to connect teams, boost morale, and build stronger workplaces.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Tailored Team Building.


1. Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time.
This deposit confirms your booking and allows us to allocate staff, resources, and planning time to your event.
Once the deposit is received, your booking is official and your date is locked in.


2. Payment Terms

The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days before your event.
If full payment is not received within 7 days after your event, a 10% late fee may apply.

Any reductions to your group size or adjustments to your final invoice must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the event.
After that, no refunds or changes can be made as staffing and logistics will already be finalised.


3. Rescheduling & Postponements

If you need to postpone your event with less than 48 hours’ notice, a fee of $150 per staff member will apply.
This covers the cost of staff who were scheduled and prepared for your event.

We’ll always do our best to find a new date that works for your team.


4. Wet Weather Policy

While we always hope for sunshine, sometimes the weather has other plans!
If your outdoor team building event is affected by rain or unsafe conditions, we’ll work with you to find the best option.

You can choose to reschedule your event for another date or switch to one of our popular indoor team building activities instead.

Please note that if a change of venue is required, Tailored Team Building is not responsible for booking or covering the costs of an alternate location.

Our goal is to keep things stress-free and full of fun, ensuring your team still enjoys a great day of teamwork and laughter, rain or shine.


5. Venue Sourcing & Changes

If an indoor event needs to be relocated at the last minute due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, a $300 venue sourcing fee applies.
This covers the additional time and logistics involved in securing a suitable new venue quickly.

Note: Tailored Team Building is not responsible for the internal operations, safety, or management of any venue used for your event.


6. Cancellations

We do not offer refunds for cancellations once a deposit has been paid.
However, we’re happy to reschedule your event to another suitable date, subject to availability.


7. Event Delivery & Customisation

Every Tailored Team Building event is designed to match your team’s goals, culture, and energy.
Whether you’re after outdoor adventures, indoor challenges, or virtual team bonding, we bring the hosts, props, and structure to make it happen.

Our experienced facilitators are trained to deliver fun, inclusive, and engaging experiences, every single time.


8. Liability & Venue Responsibility

While we supply all necessary equipment, props, and staff, clients are responsible for venue-related issues, including public safety, facility conditions, and compliance with local regulations.
Tailored Team Building assumes no liability for incidents or conditions managed by the venue itself.


9. Amendments & Changes

Any changes to attendee numbers or invoiced amounts must be received at least 48 hours before your event date.
After this point, all staffing and logistics are confirmed, and changes cannot be made.


10. Insurance & Liability

Tailored Team Building holds full Public Liability Insurance for all events and facilitators.
Our insurance covers incidents directly related to the activities we provide.

However, clients and their participants remain covered under their own workplace insurance (WorkCover or equivalent) during all corporate team building events.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all team members are aware of any physical requirements or potential risks associated with their chosen activity.
Tailored Team Building accepts no responsibility for injuries, incidents, or losses resulting from unsafe behaviour, negligence, or pre-existing medical conditions.
