Welcome to our Innovation Challenge, one of the most creative, high-energy indoor team building activities in Australia.
This experience is designed to spark bold ideas, ignite collaboration, and turn everyday materials into extraordinary solutions.
Inspired by the hit TV show ‘Shark Tank’ (with plenty of Tailored Team Building twists), this hands-on challenge has teams designing, building, and pitching their very own product to the room. Big ideas encouraged. Wild creativity rewarded. Chaos guaranteed.
How It Works
This isn’t your average indoor team bonding activity.
Teams are handed a mystery box of random craft items and materials. From there, the mission is simple… and slightly unhinged.
Create a brand-new product (themed if you like), build a working prototype, and prepare a pitch that sells it to the judges.
Along the way, we throw in surprise twists, unexpected curveballs, and last-minute changes that test teamwork, adaptability, and quick thinking. Plans will change. Roles will shift. Panic may occur. That’s all part of the fun.
Teams then step into the spotlight to pitch their product Shark Tank-style. Expect bold claims, questionable marketing slogans, and plenty of laughs.
Points are awarded for creativity, teamwork, innovation, and presentation. Once the pitches are done, we crown the winning team, plus a few cheeky bonus awards for the most ambitious, funniest, or downright bizarre ideas.
