After 18 years in the corporate world, Kerri knew something had to change. She’d seen it all, high-pressure meetings, tight deadlines, and teams that were working hard but missing that spark. So, she took a leap and created Tailored Team Building with one mission: help people connect in ways that go beyond the boardroom.

Kerri’s no stranger to suits and strategy, but she’s happiest when a team is out in the wild, belly laughing through a ridiculous challenge or finally cracking that final clue. Her corporate experience gives her an edge, but her real passion lies in delivering team building activities that don’t feel like work, and actually bring results.
