What happens if it rains on our team building activity?
We know Kiwi weather can change in a heartbeat! That’s why most of our team building activities in New Zealand come with wet-weather plans. We’ll adapt challenges, or tweak the activities to make sure your team still has an awesome experience.
However, if the weather is looking particularly bad we can also postpone your event to another (drier) date or look for a suitable indoor venue & host one of our popular indoor team building activities instead.

Can we customise our team building event?
Yes! Every event is tailored to your team’s goals. Want to focus on problem-solving, communication, or just a big day of laughs? From Auckland Amazing Races to Wellington trivia nights and Survivor-style challenges in Queenstown, we’ll create the perfect fit.
What should attendees bring?
Comfortable clothing, closed shoes, and plenty of energy! For outdoor events, we recommend sunscreen, a rain jacket (because, New Zealand!), and a water bottle. We’ll also advise if your chosen event needs anything specific.
Do we need to be super fit?
No way. Our team building games in New Zealand are designed for all abilities. They’re more about teamwork and strategy than running marathons. We make sure everyone can join in the fun, regardless of fitness levels.
Do you take photos / videos?
Yes! Our friendly hosts love capturing candid photos and videos during events. These make fantastic keepsakes for your team and are perfect for sharing on social media or at your next staff meeting.

Who puts the teams together?
You can organise teams in advance, or let us help on the day. Many clients like mixing departments to encourage fresh connections, but it’s totally your call.
Can you run the same event in multiple cities
Yes! We’re experts at running multi-city team building events in New Zealand. Whether you’ve got staff in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Queenstown, or even across the Tasman in Australia, we’ll design one event that unites everyone.
Can team building events be tailored for small or large groups?
Definitely. We run events for groups of 5 right up to 500+. Whether it’s a small office outing in Christchurch or a national conference in Rotorua, we’ll scale the activities to suit.
What are the actual benefits of team building activities?

Do you operate in regional or remote areas?
Yes! While we’re regularly in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, and Queenstown, we also travel to regional towns, wineries, ski resorts, and remote retreats. Tell us your location, and we’ll make it work.
What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
No stress. If you need to change your date, just give us as much notice as possible. We’ll work with you to reschedule. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is outlined in your booking confirmation.

What are the booking terms?
We require a 20% deposit to lock in your date, with the balance due before the event. Payment timelines and details are included in your booking confirmation.

Are you insured?
Yes, we carry full public liability insurance for all events. Safety is a top priority, and we ensure every activity is run professionally and responsibly.
