The Dream Job (That Doesn\u2019t Feel Like One)<\/h4>

I have the dream job.<\/p>

No, not a swashbuckling space cowboy\u2026 something better. I\u2019m part of the Tailored Team Building crew, and that means every day brings something new. It\u2019s a mix of excitement, variety, and just the right amount of chaos. One day I\u2019m running high-energy team building activities, the next I\u2019m setting up puzzles, hosting challenges, and helping teams bring out their competitive side.<\/p>

There\u2019s never a dull moment. I get to use everything, from fitness and problem-solving to customer service and a love of the outdoors, all while exploring this incredible country. And the best part? Watching teams come together. Seeing friendships build, teamwork grow, and confidence lift right in front of you. It\u2019s addictive. You finish the day still smiling, knowing your group just had an unforgettable experience.<\/p>

Over the past year, I\u2019ve hosted everything from Spy Races to Brick Masters<\/a> and Corporate Olympics<\/a>. But if I\u2019m honest, my favourites are Survivor<\/a> and the Corporate Amazing Race<\/a>. I\u2019ll admit I\u2019m a little biased, they\u2019re my favourite shows. There\u2019s nothing quite like standing at a checkpoint, channelling my inner Phil Keoghan or Beau Ryan, and calling out \u201cYou are the first team to arrive!\u201d as teams sprint toward the finish. It feels surreal bringing these world-famous concepts to life through real team building events, and even better seeing that spark hit the teams as they get fully involved.<\/p>

Being born and raised in Sydney<\/span><\/span>, I\u2019ll admit I took it for granted. I\u2019ve travelled overseas and explored every corner of new destinations, yet somehow overlooked what was right in front of me. Now, I get to work in some of the most incredible spots around the city, from parks and gardens to harbour views and hidden CBD locations. Places I barely noticed before are now some of my favourites.<\/p>

Of course, it wouldn\u2019t be the same without the team. Every event means working alongside people who bring energy, creativity, and support to everything they do. We all share the same goal, create a fun, memorable experience for every group we host. And because everyone genuinely loves what they do, that energy carries through to the teams we work with.<\/p>

Looking back, I don\u2019t think I can even call this a job. Jobs can feel repetitive. They can feel routine. This doesn\u2019t.<\/p>

This feels like an experience. A fast-paced, high-energy, genuinely fun experience that I just happen to get paid for.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
